Andy Johnson, PhD, is an accomplished founder, coach, and cultural architect at Rehumanizing, dedicated to fostering individual and organizational growth since January 2019. With expertise in team dynamics as a Level 2 Certified Practitioner at Integrative Enneagram Solutions, Andy utilizes the iEQ9 Teams report to enhance collaboration within teams. In addition to serving as an adjunct faculty member for the Healthcare Leadership Certificate Program at Carroll College, Andy holds various certifications, including Leadership System Certified Practitioner with The Leadership Circle and Value-added Associate with TTI Success Insights.
