Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Human Services at Middlesex Community College, Jonathan has also completed degrees in Information Technology and Information System Security from ITT Technical Institute. With roles at organizations like The Carroll Center for the Blind, Perkins School for the Blind, and Lowell Association for the Blind, Jonathan has gained valuable experience in assisting visitors, managing social media, and providing support in various capacities.
