Charly Noula is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the sugar industry and process engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Carrinho Group since March 2023, Charly is overseeing the construction of a 3000 tpd sugar refinery plant. Previous roles include Chef de division at SOSUCAM from January 2014 to June 2021, responsible for sugar production and steam production, and Chef Service Raffinerie, focusing on sugar refining and conditioning. Earlier experience includes serving as Chef de fabrication at SARIS Congo and as Ingénieur process at SOSUCAM. Charly holds an MBA from Universidad de Málaga and multiple advanced degrees in Agro-food Process Engineering and Biochemistry from various institutions. Additionally, Charly completed business studies in Banking Risk Management at PKFokam Institute of Excellence.
