Ravinder Dayal is an accomplished academic leader with extensive experience in higher education and administration. Since March 2017, Ravinder has served as the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Carrington College. Prior to this role, Ravinder held multiple leadership positions at Adtalem Global Education from January 2003 to December 2018, including Executive Leader, Associate Provost for Innovation, National Dean of Academic Operations, Dean of Online Academic Affairs, Dean of Curriculum, and Director of Program Management. Ravinder’s early career at DeVry Education Group involved positions as Program Dean for Business and Faculty Manager. Ravinder holds a Doctor of Education in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2019-2024), an M.A in Education and Business from The Ohio State University (1997-1998), and dual bachelor's degrees in Education and Finance from The University of British Columbia (1991-1993 and 1987-1991).
