Currently, Marcel operates Carrière Uitzendbureau, HappyNurse, HappyZorg, DockHolland, Staffing Direct | Backoffice, and has a history with staffing associates Group. Marcel has also served on the board of the ABU, representing staffing agencies in the Netherlands. Previous roles include ownership of Olympia Uitzendbureau and Slaghekke Engineering BV. Marcel's academic background includes studies at Utrecht University and ATS Apeldoorn.
