Kevin Kiesel is a Global Sourcing Specialist at Carrier HVAC since July 2022, previously holding roles as a Senior Sourcing Analyst and Sourcing Analyst at Collins Aerospace from July 2020 to June 2022. In these positions, Kevin co-managed a $55 million Mechanical Fabrication supply base, negotiated supplier contracts, and utilized SAP and MRP resources for data capture. Kevin also engaged as a Peer Mentor at the University of Northern Iowa's College of Business Administration, providing guidance to students and grading professional documents. Early career experiences include internships with Collins Aerospace and MasterBrand Cabinets, where Kevin focused on supply chain management and quality engineering, respectively. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Northern Iowa in 2020.
