Gagan Malik is an experienced professional in product management and engineering, currently serving as the Connected Products Leader at Carrier HVAC since January 2016. Prior to this role, Gagan held various positions at Cummins Inc. from September 2005 to December 2015, including Product Manager, Application Engineering Manager, and Senior Application Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing product lifecycles, developing marketing strategies, and guiding OEMs in engine selection. Earlier in career, Gagan worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Aker Kvaerner, engaging with clients on project design and costs. Gagan holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing and General Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Army Institute of Technology.
