Frank's extensive experience at Johnson Controls spanned over two decades, during which various roles included Senior Product Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Design Engineer, emphasizing product strategy, development, and commercialization. Frank possesses advanced educational qualifications with a Master’s in Business Administration from Marquette University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Architectural Studies and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
