Christy Granaman has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Christy started their career at CPI Communications as a Customer Service Representative from 2004 to 2005. In 2000, they joined Qwest Communications as a Sales and Service Consultant until 2006. Since 2006, they have been working at Carrier Access Inc, holding various roles. Christy started as a Customer Service Specialist, and then progressed to become a Customer Service Manager, where they managed the customer service department and handled repair issues, billing issues, and customer orders. Additionally, they served as a Support Escalations Manager and a Connectivity Services Support Manager. Their experience at Carrier Access included partnerships with several telecom providers.
Christy Granaman obtained their high school diploma, graduating from Oskaloosa High School in the field of study of High School Graduate. Following that, they pursued further education at Indian Hills Community College from 1994 to 1996, where they earned an AA degree in Arts & Science. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Improving Your Focus" from LinkedIn in August 2022.
