Mauro Ferrante is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT Services & Store at Carrefour Italia since March 2021, previously holding the role of IT Service Operation Manager. Prior to Carrefour, Mauro worked at Leroy Merlin from September 2016 to March 2021 as ITO Manager and IT Service Desk Manager, effectively managing diverse stakeholder groups and fostering relationships across the business. Mauro's career at KPMG Italy spanned from June 2003 to September 2016, where roles included Service Desk Coordinator and Team Leader, focusing on enhancing customer care support and service performance. Earlier experience includes consulting for the ENI Group at Snam Rete Gas from September 2000 to June 2003. Mauro holds a degree in Ragioniere Programmatore from ITCS Fabio Besta, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
