Nancy Shepard is an experienced engineering professional with a background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Carr Lane Manufacturing Co. since September 2017, Nancy has progressed through roles from Senior Engineer to Product Design Engineer, focusing on product development and design. Prior experience includes design and cost estimation roles at H-J Enterprises, where responsibilities involved the creation of models and drawings in SolidWorks and cross-departmental collaboration. Nancy also gained research experience at Missouri S&T and Oakland University, contributing to published work and mastering various engineering machines. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2012.
