Ivan Mamangun is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Business Owner at Ballarat Carpet Court since May 2022, Ivan previously held roles as a Culinary & Operations Coach at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen and as an Area Manager at United Petroleum Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included managing over 30 sites across Victoria. Ivan also worked at Rockpool Dining Group, overseeing a portfolio of restaurants generating over $50 million in annual revenue, and at McDonald's, where responsibilities spanned general management and franchise consultation. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from Victoria University.
