Brian Lightner has years of experience in maintenance management and training, specializing in safety compliance, predictive maintenance, lean projects, project management, and advanced rigging. With a background in the US Navy as an MM1 and serving aboard USS Billfish SSN676, Brian also has experience as a Nuclear Power Training Unit instructor. Brian currently holds the position of Senior Training Specialist at Fisher Arnold and Maintenance Manager - Predictive Maintenance at Carpenter Technology Corporation. Additionally, Brian has received education from Naval Nuclear Power School.
