Ron Carpenter has a strong background in the real estate industry. Ron currently serves as the CEO of Carpenter Homes since 2020. Prior to this, they established Carpenter Companies Florida in 2016, acting as the owner of the company. From 2007 to 2020, Ron held the position of Managing Member and Broker at Strategic Land and Property Sales, offering a wide range of real estate development and brokerage services. Ron also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Carpenter Companies Florida, LLC from 2007 onwards. Before that, they held the role of Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development at Nohl Crest Homes from 2005 to 2006, and at Richmond American Homes from 2002 to 2005.

Ron Carpenter earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from the University of West Florida in 1998. Ron later pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, which they completed in 2002.
