Bill Feyling is an accomplished administrator with a diverse background in leadership and governance. Currently serving as an Administrator at Carpenter Funds Administrative Office of Northern California, Inc. since August 2019, Bill also holds a position as a Board Member at Sierra Business Council since November 2014. Previously, Bill served as the Executive Director for the Carpenters 46 Northern California Counties Conference Board from September 2001 to August 2019, and as Director at Smart Cities Prevail from 2010 until July 2019. Bill's educational background includes training in negotiation from the Harvard Program on Negotiation.
