Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Locus. Ranadheer has also worked at companies such as Tesco, Rakuten, ENIXTA Innovations, eBay Inc, Microsoft IDC Bangalore, Yahoo! Inc., and Deloitte. Throughout their career, they have held various positions, including Director of Engineering, General Manager, Head of Engineering, Principal Development Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager. Ranadheer has a strong background in strategy development and execution, with a focus on building innovative and transformative platforms. Ranadheer has demonstrated expertise in areas such as fulfillment, advertising products, data systems, trust and safety, and database infrastructure. Ranadheer's experience spans industries such as e-commerce, advertising, product development, and healthcare.

Ranadheer V. completed their 10+2 education with a focus on maths and science at Sainik school korukonda from 1985 to 1992. Ranadheer then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in maths from Sri Venkateswara University between 1992 and 1995. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate degree in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli from 1996 to 1999.
