Morenna Morales holds extensive experience in sales and account management, primarily with Carousell Group and its affiliated companies since 2010. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and Field Sales Manager, Morenna is responsible for leading and motivating sales teams, conducting performance appraisals, and liaising with upper management to ensure sales targets are met. Past roles include managing sales for real estate at OLX Philippines, with responsibilities spanning from training teams to analyzing market trends. Additionally, Morenna has experience in talent acquisition and business development from roles at AXA and Dot Property. A graduate of the Technological Institute of the Philippines with a degree in BSBA Marketing, Morenna combines leadership with a strong foundation in sales strategies and marketplace analysis.
