Mark Ferreira is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in engineering and analysis. Currently serving as an Avaya Convergence Engineer at Carousel Industries since September 2009, Mark has previously held positions as a Senior Telecom Engineer at The Robert Allen Group and as a Principal Telecom Engineer at both Sallie Mae and Academic Management Services. Mark started the career as a Telecommunications Analyst. Mark holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Roger Williams University and an additional degree in CIS from the Community College of Rhode Island.
