Mark S. Spring is a seasoned legal professional and partner at CDF Labor Law LLP, serving as Co-Managing Partner of the Sacramento office since October 1997, where representation of employers in labor and employment law matters is a primary focus. Additionally, Mark holds the position of Managing Editor for the California Labor & Employment Law Blog and is a partner in Matau Sports, which has minority interests in minor league sports franchises. Mark has contributed to education as an Adjunct Faculty member at California State University-Sacramento, teaching courses on legal and budgeting issues in recreation. Coaching is another area of enthusiasm, with experience ranging from basketball at El Dorado High School to lacrosse at Oak Ridge High School, as well as volunteering for the Georgetown University Basketball Diplomacy Program in the Balkans.
