Dan M. Forman is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in privacy law and unfair competition. Since 2009, Dan has served as the Privacy Practice Chair and Chair of CDF Labor Law LLP's Unfair Competition and Trade Secret Practice Group, while also holding the title of Partner. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP from 1996 to 2009, where Dan provided legal counsel and representation for business and entertainment clients. Dan also held the position of President at LACYD from 1992 to 1998 and began law career as an Associate at Dewey Ballantine LLP from 1991 to 1996, gaining valuable litigation experience. Dan earned a JD, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a BA in Political Science/Economics from Indiana University Bloomington, along with education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
