Roger Shindell, CHPS, CISA, CIPM, is the Founder, President, and CEO of Carosh Compliance Solutions, established in January 2010, focusing on privacy protection for small practices and hospitals. With a diverse background in healthcare and information technology, Shindell has served on the Member Privacy and Security Council for AHIMA and contributed to the Editorial Advisory Board for both Today's Wound Clinic and HCPro's "Briefings on HIPAA." Previous leadership roles include President of Vocantas, Ltd., Founder of Health eTechnologies, and Partner at Qvanta Consulting, LLC, among others. Shindell holds an M.S. in Economics from the University of Idaho and a B.S. in Biology from Washington State University, along with several professional certifications.
