Rick Goulter has worked in various roles in the business industry since 1979. Rick started their career at Valenite as the Director of Sales and Marketing in 1979. In 2000, they became the President of TYROLIT. Three years later, in 2003, they moved to Kennametal as the Director of Sales, Americas. In 2015, they became the President of Abrasives and Tools of New Hampshire. Finally, in 2018, they were appointed as the Business Development Manager at Caron Engineering, Inc.

Rick Goulter attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1974 to 1976, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Manufacturing Engineering.
