Abigail Goodman is a seasoned pathologist currently with Carolinas Pathology Group since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine from July 2014 to March 2022, along with roles as a Neuropathology Fellow and Chief Resident during an Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency. Abigail was also active in the College of American Pathologists (CAP) Resident Forum, serving as Vice Chair from 2017 to 2018 and as a Member at Large from 2016 to 2017. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University, a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Ball State University.
