Polly Dornette is an experienced professional in science education and product development, currently serving as the e-Commerce Content Manager at Carolina Biological Supply Company since September 2011. In this role, Polly develops and manages the content strategy for the Carolina.com website. Previously, as a Product Developer at the same company, Polly focused on creating and promoting science education products, contributing to increased sales and profits. Prior experience includes roles as a Science Education Specialist at Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, a Science Teacher in Wake County Public Schools, and a Science Instructor at Diamond Oaks Career Campus. Polly began a career in marine science as a SCUBA Instructor at Seacamp. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Xavier University and a Master’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Chemistry and Marine Biology from Ohio University.
