Holly Muniz, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Carolina Biological Supply Company since September 2015, responsible for the recruitment and hiring of both non-exempt and exempt positions, as well as participating in candidate interviews. In addition, Holly serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Alamance Community College, teaching from an approved curriculum and developing daily lesson plans. Prior experience includes an On-Site Manager role at Staffmark from March 2005 to August 2014, where responsibilities included filling client job orders, screening candidates, and placing temporary associates in entry-level manufacturing positions. Holly holds a degree in English Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
