Sheila Adams has been with Carolina West Wireless Inc. since December 1999, currently serving as a Revenue Assurance Analyst. Prior to this role, Sheila worked as a Roaming Coordinator from December 2005 to February 2006, where responsibilities included coordinating roaming agreements with other carriers and troubleshooting customer issues while roaming with partner carriers.
