Amy Wood's work experience includes serving as President at Carolina Real Estate Managers, LLC since 2018. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President at RealOp Investments from 2012 to 2017, where they specialized in identifying real estate investments. Amy also served as President at Southern Real Estate Management from 2013 to 2014, overseeing property performance and increasing profitability. Additionally, Amy has experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at The Spaulding Group with Prudential C. Dan Joyner from 2011 to 2012 and as Vice President of Asset Management at Vista Capital Management from 2011 to 2012. Amy began their career as the Director of Property Management at Hughes Commercial Properties, Inc. from 2000 to 2011, managing Class A properties in the Southeast region.

Amy Wood has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in Real Estate, from Peirce College.
