Courtney Brown has a diverse work experience. Courtney started their career in 2013 as a Raft Guide at High Mountain Expeditions, where they worked for two years. In 2016, they joined Carolina Prime Pet, Inc. as Sales Director and also worked as an Independent Sales representative. In December 2016, they became the Distribution Sales Director at the same company, a role they held until May 2018.

Courtney Brown completed their high school education at Murphy High School from 2007 to 2011. Courtney then attended Appalachian State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training/Trainer. In 2015, they also obtained a certification in ATC from the Board of Certification/Accreditation. Currently, from 2020 to 2022, Courtney Brown is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Utah.
