Devon Gerena is a skilled video producer currently employed by the Carolina Hurricanes since January 2023. Previously, Gerena worked as a freelance video editor and photographer for Comcast Spectacor from September 2021 to January 2023, providing B-Roll for the Philadelphia 76ers and covering the NCAA March Madness 2022 tournament. Additionally, Gerena interned with the Philadelphia Flyers from September 2021 to July 2022, serving as a production assistant on various projects, including the New Heights Documentary series. Gerena also held the position of President at California University of Pennsylvania Television from August 2019 to September 2021, overseeing program operations and mentoring students. Earlier experience includes serving as a crew member at California University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities included operating cameras and co-hosting live shows. Gerena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Radio/TV from PennWest California, earned in 2021.
