Andy Fogle began their work experience in 2000 as a Marketing Promotions employee at US Smokeless Tobacco Co. Andy worked in this role from March 2000 to December 2003. In 1989, Fogle became the CEO of Carolina Fresh Farms, a position they held until the present day. In 2016, Fogle became the CEO of New Life Turf, a family-owned business that specializes in producing high-quality grass for golf courses.

Andy Fogle completed their high school education at Heathwood Hall from 1993 to 1997, earning a High School Diploma. Andy then pursued further education at Francis Marion University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services.
