Eve Spring, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resource Director at Carolina Country Club in Raleigh since May 1998, where a strategic Human Resource Department was established in 2007 under Eve's leadership. This role involves implementing processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with Employment Law. Previously, Eve managed the Golf Shop and Tennis Shop, handling member services, merchandising, and tournament assistance. Prior experience includes serving as Store Manager at Hancock Fabrics, achieving a 150% sales increase, and working as Vice President, Regional Manager at Marine Midland Bank, where oversight of 17 branches and regional operations was the focus. Eve is an alumnus of Monroe Community College.
