Tradd Gibbs has extensive experience in the restaurant and events industry, currently serving as the Sales and Special Events Coordinator at Carolina Ale House since January 2016. In addition, Tradd is the Owner of Grateful Food since 2010 and Cork Neighborhood Bistro since February 2008, where responsibilities include daily operations, bar management, and marketing initiatives. Previously, Tradd worked as the Restaurant & Catering Manager, overseeing catering services and collaborating with the Executive Chef to create custom menus. Tradd also owned The Mill from February 2006 to November 2008, where a business plan and renovation project were developed. Educational background includes attending the College of Charleston from 1991 to 1993 and graduating from Hanahan High School in 1991.
