Frank Andrew has extensive experience in leadership and marketing across various industries. As President of Carole Fabrics since August 2017, Frank oversees P&L responsibilities and has established a strong leadership team. Previously, as SVP of Marketing and Product Management at Panolam Surface Systems, Frank launched 15 products in a year and improved the company’s market strategies. At Wireless Environment LLC, Frank handled product management and marketing strategies, while at Mohawk Industries, responsibilities included creating marketing tactics for multiple commercial sectors. Frank's earlier roles at Black & Decker involved directing global product marketing and managing significant product lines, showcasing a strong background in driving business growth and product innovation. Frank holds an MBA in Marketing from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from The University of the South.
