Bengu D Berk has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Bengu founded BERKSON TOWN Consultancy in 2016, where they acted as a HR Business Partner and provided services such as talent acquisition, outsource payroll, and various training programs. In 2020, they co-founded PASSTEUR, a startup venture. Later that year, they became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Caroami, a startup that uses AI/ML for conflict resolution within organizations. In 2021, they joined Blue Coder Solutions as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Bengu worked as a Human Resources Consultant at HRLink Consulting Inc. from 2009 to 2011. Bengu also held positions at METRO PROPERTIES as a HR Assistant Manager from 2011 to 2016, Telenity as HR EMEA Region in 2008, and Girne American University as the Deputy Director of HR from 2005 to 2007.

Bengu D Berk pursued their education with a focus on different fields. Starting in 1999, they attended EskiÅŸehir Osmangazi Ãœniversitesi and concentrated on Economics, completing their studies in 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they attended Ankara University, where they pursued a Masters Degree in HR Management and Career Counseling. Subsequently, in 2004 and 2005, Bengu D Berk attended Rutgers University, participating in the Program in American Language Studies. Although none of these educational experiences led to obtaining a degree, they reflect their diverse academic interests and dedication to expanding their knowledge in various fields.
