Monika Sajdak, EIT, is a skilled professional with diverse experience across several industries, including project management, sales, and technical support. Currently serving as a Project Management Technician at McElhanney since September 2022, Monika has also been involved in sales business development at CARO Analytical Services since November 2019. Previous roles include an Account Representative at thyssenkrupp Elevator, where Monika managed a maintenance portfolio of over 600 elevators, and a Stormwater Technical Assistant at Lafarge Canada Inc., where Monika developed a stormwater maintenance program. Monika's early career included positions as a Tutor focusing on Aboriginal Programs, a Workshop Instructor for K-12 students, and various technical and administrative roles. Monika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biosystems Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Manitoba.
