Paul Kybartas is an accomplished Senior Project Manager and Industrial Hygienist with extensive experience in project management, environmental investigations, and industrial hygiene practices. Currently employed at Carnow Conibear & Assoc., Ltd. since April 2023, Paul has a robust background that includes senior roles at Environmental Design International Inc., where responsibilities spanned client relations, proposal preparation, and budget development. Previous positions include Industrial Hygienist roles at AIRES Consulting Group Inc. and JB Environmental, Limited, focusing on hazardous materials compliance and environmental assessments, as well as a Quality Control Inspector role at Larson Engineering. Paul’s foundational education in geology was obtained from Western Illinois University, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree.
