Sara Caviglia is an accomplished professional in the field of performance engineering and energy efficiency, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Manager of Performance Engineering at Carnival Corporation since September 2015, Sara previously held the position of Energy Efficiency Manager at Costa Crociere S.p.A. from December 2012 to September 2015. Earlier experience includes working as an Ingegnere Nautico at Genoa Sea Service Srl from July 2010 to December 2012, and a brief role as a Consulente at NATO Undersea Research Centre in 2010. Sara Caviglia holds a Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria nautica from Università degli Studi di Genova, earned between 2004 and 2009.
