Katy Harris is an accomplished director and creative producer with extensive experience in live entertainment, currently serving as the Director of Creative Experiences - Live Entertainment at Carnival Corporation since March 2017. In this role, Katy has been instrumental in developing innovative experiences such as 'Good Spirits at Sea' and the 'Sailaway Celebration' for Princess Cruises. Prior to this, Katy held various positions at Disneyland Paris, where responsibilities included overseeing artistic direction for a variety of live entertainment forms while mentoring other show directors. Additional experience includes roles at The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World, and Hong Kong Disneyland, along with a foundation as a musical theatre performer and choreographer in the UK. Katy holds a BA Hons degree in Musical Theatre from Arts Educational Schools, London.
