Jiayi (Shirley) Shen, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at Carnival Corporation, providing financial reporting services for Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn, and P&O Australia since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jiayi held positions at EY from August 2021 to November 2022, including Assurance Senior and Experienced Assurance Associate, and worked as an Audit Associate at Baker Tilly US from August 2020 to August 2021. Jiayi earned a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business in 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Joint Math and Economics from UC San Diego in 2019.
