Jane Phillips possesses extensive experience in educational leadership, serving as a Senior Search Consultant at The Search Group at Carney, Sandoe & Associates since September 2011. Prior roles include interim leadership positions at various renowned schools, such as Graland Country Day School, Kent Place School, Far Hills Country Day School, and Winchester Thurston School, where responsibilities ranged from hiring faculty and managing budgets to implementing curriculum and overseeing academic programs. A significant tenure as Middle School Director at The Blake School extended from August 1985 to June 2004, during which Jane managed a substantial program for over 300 students. Jane holds a Master of Arts in Gifted and Talented Education from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College.
