Aggie Underwood is a seasoned professional in educational leadership and consulting, currently serving as Senior Consultant and Vice-President at Carney, Sandoe & Associates since 2003. Underwood oversees a search and consulting group that specializes in leadership searches for elementary and secondary schools internationally, while also advising boards and heads on planning, governance, and compensation matters. Prior to this role, Underwood served as Headmistress at National Cathedral School and Garrison Forest School, and was the Upper School Head, Department Chair, and Teacher at Spence School. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia Business School, a Teacher Training Certificate from Shady Hill School, and a BA in Economics from Connecticut College.
