Karen Dworaczyk has over 35 years of experience in marketing and product management. Karen currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Carnegie Technologies since February 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Consultant in Strategic Planning for INSIGHTOVATIONâ„¢ Consulting starting from November 2010. From July 2019 to April 2022, they were the Chief Growth Officer at PayQuicker. Karen also held the position of Vice President Marketing and Board Member at the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) from April 2017 to January 2021.
Throughout their career, Karen has held various marketing roles such as Director of Marketing at LiDestri Food & Beverage, Inc. from September 2014 to September 2015, and Director of Product Marketing at Sentry Group from 2007 to 2011. Karen also worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Birds Eye Foods from 2004 to 2007 and as an International Sales & Marketing District Manager at Procter & Gamble from 1986 to 2001. Karen started their career at Nestlé as a Manufacturing Manager - Executive Track from 1984 to 1986. Karen's extensive experience and expertise make their a valuable asset in the field of marketing and product development.
Karen Dworaczyk, CMO, NPDP, holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. Karen also pursued continuing education in Coaching Strategies at Harvard University. Karen has obtained various certifications and professional development programs, including Leadership Coaching Strategies and Strategies on Leadership Coaching Certificate from Harvard University. Karen also received a certification in Finance for Non-Finance Executives from Kellogg Executive Education. Furthermore, Karen is a Certified New Product Development Professional (NPDP) from the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA).
