Hailey Han is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Venture Capital Research Fellow at Nodes Advisors AG since June 2023 and as a Quality Assurance and Testing Lead at Carnegie Mellon University since February 2023. With prior experience as a Data Scientist Summer Intern at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., Hailey developed an estimation model to enhance production performance. An instrumental role as an Investment Banking Analyst at Zhong De Securities involved assisting with an IPO and providing risk recommendations. Additional positions include Management Analyst at ByteDance, where a knowledge bank was created for employee training, and Strategy Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on cost-profit models and competitive analysis. A Business Analyst at Accenture contributed to a comprehensive data storage structure for a project. Hailey holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Tsinghua University.
