Mike Cerce is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Manager of Marketing and Creative Services at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh since June 2017. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Creative and Art Director at Downs Creative from 1994 to 2017, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of comprehensive advertising campaigns, corporate branding projects, and the management of daily business operations and client services. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a focus on Business and Corporate Communications from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
