Bianca Abrams is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Math for America-DC at the Carnegie Institution for Science since August 2008. Previously, Bianca held positions such as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Teach For America and a Summer School Volunteer Teacher in Chivay, Colca Valley. Early in their career, Bianca worked as a Trust Officer and Retirement Plan Administrator at IBJ Whitehall Bank & Trust Company from 1995 to 2000. Bianca's educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in Secondary Mathematics Education from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
