Mykel Ellis, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Talent at Carnegie Hall since February 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Recruiter in Talent Acquisition at Paramount and as a Field Recruiter at Gopuff. From January 2019 to June 2021, Mykel worked as a High School Counselor at Henrico County Public Schools and served as a Human Resources Generalist at Amazon from May 2017 to May 2018. Mykel's career began at Regal, where roles included General Manager, Associate Manager, and Senior Cast Member. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from DeVry University.
