Kevin Palumberi is a partner at Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP, where since December 2017, the focus has been on corporate and transactional matters within the Business Services and Real Estate practice groups, advising clients on formation, governance, finance, and transactional issues such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, and real estate development. Prior to this role, Kevin served as an associate attorney at Chipman, Mazzucco, Land & Pennarola, LLC from September 2014 to December 2017, representing clients in various business, real estate, and related litigation matters. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) with a Certificate in Tax Studies from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
