Ken Drauch has extensive experience in customs brokerage and compliance, currently serving as Branch Manager at Carmichael International Service since November 2016, where responsibilities include launching a new brokerage office in Detroit for Northern Border clearances. Prior to this role, Ken Drauch was Brokerage & Compliance Manager at Panalpina, Inc. from December 1997 to October 2016, overseeing customs release and entry processes and ensuring compliance with import standards. Ken Drauch also held the position of Vice President at Custom Services International, managing customs activities at the Detroit border, and served as Import Manager at BAX Global, handling customs operations in both Detroit and Chicago. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Henry Ford College and a high school diploma in Math and Science from Trenton High School.
