Theresa (Terri) Aikens, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional HR Manager for the Northeast at Carmeuse since August 2022. Prior to this role, Aikens worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Kraft Heinz Company from January 2017 to July 2022, managing HR processes at the Winchester, VA plant and providing guidance on corporate policies and legal compliance. Aikens also held positions at DSI Underground Group, where responsibilities included HR generalist support and payroll management, and at Melnor Inc. as an Executive/HR Assistant. Aikens holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from American Public University and an Associate's degree in Applied Science Business from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College.
