Tanya Pokhyliuk is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in guest experience and team management. Currently serving as a Guest Experience Coordinator at Carmel Valley Ranch since May 2019, Tanya has previously held positions such as Front Office Supervisor and Reservations Agent at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where responsibilities included creating unique guest experiences and managing room reservations. With earlier roles as Rooms Division Leader and Front Desk Learning Coach at Four Seasons and experience at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Catering & Conference Services Trainee, Tanya has developed strong skills in guest relations and team training. Tanya's educational background includes an MBA in Business Development, Tourism, and Hospitality from Cyprus College of Tourism and Hotel Management, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & International Relations from Kiev University of Tourism, Economics and Law.
